Maggie Grace (born Margaret Grace Denig Sept. 21, 1983) is a well-known American actress. Particularly, she appeared as Shannon Rutherford from ABC's Lost TV show as well as Kim Mills for the Taken Trilogy. Originally from Worthington Ohio she left high school and moved in Los Angeles with her mother after her parents divorce. Gyllenhaal began her career as screenwriter, director and writer in the year 2021, when she directed and wrote her psychological horror film The Lost Daughter. The film received the award for Best Screenplay in The Venice International Film Festival, and it was nominated by the Academy Award.
